Clock In / Clock Out - Work Tracking

Record your work sessions accurately and in real time.

 Clock In / Clock Out Instructions

• You must clock in before starting any work activity.
• You must clock out immediately when you stop working.


Work may be logged in blocks or sessions, including:
• Before lunch / after lunch
• Before an appointment / after returning
• Multiple work sessions in the same day


⏱ Availability Requirement
While clocked in, you are expected to be reachable by a co-worker or supervisor.

If contacted, response time should be within approximately 5 minutes. Not responding could mean you're not in real time on the job.


⚠️ Important Rules
• Time not clocked in will not be counted
• If you forget to clock out, that time will not be counted
• Clocking later “because you forgot” is not acceptable
• It is your responsibility to clock accurately and on time


📎 Work Proof Required
You must submit one of the following with your Clock Out:
• A screenshot of work completed
• OR a simple spreadsheet/log showing tasks completed


This does not need to be detailed — a checklist or time-stamped entry is sufficient.


📝 Real-Time Entry Reminder
Record your time while performing the work, not at the end of the day.

Use this form to record your Clock In and Clock Out times for each work session. You must clock in before starting work and clock out immediately when you stop. Work may be logged in multiple sessions per day (for example: before lunch, after lunch, or after an appointment).
